The Hello Business offer
This formula includes a professional account with French IBAN and a Visa Hello Business card, immediate or deferred debit, depending on the customer’s choice. All payments and withdrawals, both in euros and in foreign currencies, are free. This card is compatible with contactless payments, as well as mobile payments via Apple Pay. Direct debits and SEPA transfers are also free with other payment methods, even instantaneously. Foreign currency transfers are also not charged, provided the transaction is in the recipient’s currency. The holder also benefits from a checkbook, which can be sent home free of charge.
This pro account allows the user to be paid in several ways:
- by bank transfer,
- by credit card with Lyf Pro, an application that turns your smartphone into a payment terminal (1.35% of the transaction amount),
- by means of a check that he can scan through the application or deposit at a BNP Paribas branch, at no extra cost,
- in cash, as deposits at the counters of the BNP Paribas network are free,
- via a Hello Pay Pro mobile payment terminal, 39 euros excl. VAT, connected via Bluetooth to the user’s smartphone. Allows you to collect card payments with code validation, contactless payments and mobile payments (a 1.60% commission applies to each transaction).
Another advantage of this offer is the provision of a debit balance to its customers: the holder automatically benefits from a cash facility of 1550 euros, to better manage cash flow. For those in need of longer term financing, it is possible to apply for a professional loan.up to 25000 euros. The latter does not require any warranty and does not entail any administration costs. This account is fully manageable from the Hello bank application, where the holder tracks their transactions in real time and configures their card. He can block and unblock it, activate and deactivate contactless or online payments and change his payment and withdrawal limits. The Hello Business cardholder is covered during business trips, but also in the event of a dispute with a customer or supplier. In the event of travel, the insurance covers, within certain limits, cancellation, interruption or alteration of the journey, delay in the train or plane, loss or delay of luggage and death or permanent disability of the insured. Who can open a Hello Business account?
This offer is reserved for professionals who are natural persons, adults and competent, living in France and who have opted for the sole proprietorship status. EIRLs and micro-enterprises are therefore eligible.
The registration is completely online: all you have to do is fill in a form with your contact details, provide the supporting documents (ID, proof of registration less than 3 months old) and sign the contract electronically.
